Using the Next Generation Sector Partnerships model, we are bringing together local and regional leaders to address our shared workforce and broader competitive needs, in collaboration with local and regional public partners from economic development, workforce development, education and training, and other community organizations. These efforts are led by industry champions who are community-minded within an industry sector, hold leadership positions, and are passionate about their industry and its growth and importance to the economy. These leaders help define the sector, recruit other industry partners to join, and work together to solve the most critical issues.
